We come to your space
We visit your home, measure precisely, and understand how you use the space. A consultation fee applies — fully deducted from your project value when you proceed.

Design & Drawings
We draw it up
Detailed CAD drawings and 3D renderings so you see exactly how it will look — finishes, hardware, proportions — before anything goes to production. We iterate until it's right.

Quote & Deposit
We agree the scope and price
A detailed quote covering all cabinetry, hardware and installation. The number reflects exactly what's been agreed — not an estimate that changes later. Deposit confirms your production slot.

Production
Manufactured at our Accra factory
Your cabinetry is cut and built at Kabinart Ghana's Accra facility using premium materials and hardware. Every piece is quality-checked against approved drawings before it moves.

Installation
Installed by our own team
Our crew delivers and fits everything on site — no third-party handoff. Any snagging is resolved before we sign off and call the job done.

After Sales & Warranty
We stand behind every piece
All Enzo Living products carry a 5-year manufacturing warranty. If anything fails under normal use, we come back and make it right. Our after-sales team is based right here in Accra.

Pricing & Renderings
Full pricing, no fee
Detailed itemised quote based on your drawings. Renderings and technical details included where needed — all provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed.

Sign-off & Deposit
Confirm and secure your slot
Sign off on the agreed scope and pay a deposit to confirm your position in our production schedule. Balance is due on completion of installation.

Manufactured at our Accra factory
Built at Kabinart Ghana's Accra facility using premium materials and hardware. Every piece is quality-checked against approved drawings and we hold to the timeline agreed at sign-off.

Delivery & Installation
On site, on spec, on time
Our team delivers and installs directly — no third-party subcontractors. The people who built it install it, so the spec is followed exactly. We sign off only when everything is right.

After Sales & Warranty
Backed by a 5-year warranty
All products carry a 5-year manufacturing warranty. For developers and multi-unit projects, warranty documentation per unit is available on request.

What to expect, honestly.
We don't publish fixed timelines because every project is different. A single bedroom wardrobe moves faster than a full-apartment kitchen and wardrobe package. What we commit to is a realistic production and installation date at the quoting stage — and communicating early if anything changes.
As a rough guide: from deposit to installation, most residential projects complete within six to twelve weeks.

Why we charge homeowners for consultations.
Our consultations aren't a sales call — they're a real design service. We come to your space, measure precisely, understand your brief and begin the design work. That takes skilled time.
The fee means we give that service properly. And because it's deducted from your project value, for clients who proceed it costs nothing extra. Trade and project clients are not charged.
