Consultation fee applies to homeowner enquiries. When you proceed to a site visit, we charge a consultation fee which covers: a visit to your home, precise measurements, detailed CAD drawings and photo-realistic 3D renderings. This fee is fully deducted from your project value if you decide to go ahead. If you choose not to proceed after seeing the designs, the fee covers our time and design work. We'll confirm the fee amount when we respond to your enquiry.

For designers, contractors and developers: submit your project details and drawings below. We'll price from your drawings at no charge and come back with a detailed quote. No consultation fee applies to trade projects.
